What do we mean by this ...

1. Understanding Your Business Issues

Our aim is to go beyond meeting clients' research objectives by demonstrating a full understanding of the business issues underlying any verbal or written brief. This is then applied to our initial research proposals and throughout the project life-cycle from research design to added value reporting.

2. Senior Account Management

Each project is managed by our director or a director level researcher, who will be hands on throughout the project and the key point of contact from commissioning to end reporting.

3. Clarity of Reporting

ActionPoint recognises that key to a project's success is ensuring effective communication of end results right down to all internal stakeholders.

Our presentation methods therefore focus on (a) distilling large volumes of data to highlight key findings and action areas and (b) presenting the data in a format that is both reader friendly and engages the relevant target audience.
